is now ISO 9001:2000 Certified!
Spraymation started
its ISO registration process in January 1998. The audit was performed by
LGA from Germany.
The implementation
of ISO 9001 has changed Spraymation's quality practices primarily by requiring
more written procedures and recording more details. The procedures and methods
have been in place in a less formal manner. Now all aspects from customer relations, design, engineering
to manufacturing, and after sales service are covered.
