Industrial Spraying Systems Engineered for Precision, Repeatability, and Decades of Service

For nearly 70 years, Spraymation has designed and manufactured industrial spraying and paint coating systems, as well as spray applicators that deliver exactly the same result, drop after drop, shift after shift. From hot melt adhesives to medical-grade silicone, from paint laboratories to high-speed paper converting lines, our Electromatic™ applicators and complete liquid spray systems give engineers the consistency, control, and longevity that mass-market equipment simply cannot match.

Built to Solve the Problems Generic Equipment Can't

Manufacturing engineers come to Spraymation when off-the-shelf spray equipment falls short — when overspray is driving up material costs, when inconsistent application is creating scrap and rework, when a unique fluid or production environment demands something custom, or when a critical line simply cannot afford downtime.

Our industrial spraying systems are designed and built under one roof in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, by the same team that has supported the world’s most demanding production environments since 1958. Every system is engineered around our patented Electromatic™ applicator head — a design with only one moving part, no dynamic seals, and a fully dripless, positive shut-off — proven across millions of cycles in Fortune 100 facilities and small custom production lines alike.

Organized by fluid type. Engineered as a complete turnkey system.

Spraymation’s industrial spraying systems are organized by the fluid you need to apply and the way it needs to be delivered. Each category combines our spray applicators with the right fluid handling, controls, and accessories to form a complete, turnkey solution.

Why Engineers Choose Us

Five reasons our equipment outlasts everything else on the floor.

[01]

Precision that pays for itself.

Our spray applicators are engineered for the kind of repeatability that eliminates overspray, scrap, and rework. Typical customers see ROI in 6 to 18 months from reduced material consumption alone.

[02]

Built to last decades, not years.

Spraymation equipment installed 40 or more years ago is still running in production today. All wetted parts are stainless steel, with straight-line fluid flow, no trapped areas, and fluid sections that can be replaced as a unit without removing the gun from the line.

[03]

True custom engineering.

When a standard solution won’t work, we design, build, and test a one-of-a-kind system tailored to your fluid, your line speed, and your environment — whether that means a hazardous-location air-operated head at 5,000 PSI or a multi-line manifold for wide-web applications.

[04]

Regulatory and quality credentials.

ISO 9001:2015 certified, with CE declarations, IEC connectors, Low Voltage Directive compliance, and NRTL-certified configurations available for environments that demand them.

[05]

Support that doesn't disappear after the sale.

Phone, email, and Zoom technical support; on-site service when needed; factory rebuild and gun exchange programs; an extensive inventory of spare parts and supplies; and recommended three-year inspection cycles for critical applications.

Industries We Power

In 66+ countries. On the lines that can't fail.

Spraymation industrial spraying systems are at work across paper and tissue converting, hot melt and cold adhesives, medical device manufacturing, paint and coatings laboratories, food and bakery production, packaging, and dozens of niche industrial applications.

Our equipment appears in virtually every paper towel and toilet paper roll produced by the world’s leading tissue manufacturers, in the R&D labs of top global paint companies, and on the production lines of medical device makers who require silicone dispensing precision measured in fractions of a milligram.

FAQ

Common questions from engineers and specifiers.

Don’t see your question? Our engineering team responds within one business day.

What's the difference between a spray applicator and a complete industrial spraying system?

A spray applicator is the head that dispenses the fluid — Spraymation’s patented Electromatic™ head, for example. A complete industrial spraying system combines that applicator with everything needed to deliver fluid to it consistently: a pressure tank or pump, hoses, pattern controllers and timers, temperature controls for heated fluids, and any mounting or manifold hardware. We design and build both, so you can buy individual Electromatic™ applicators as replacement or expansion components, or turnkey systems engineered for your specific application.

Our liquid spray systems handle a wide range, including hot melt adhesives, cold adhesives, paint, coatings, heated wax, silicone, lubricants, marking fluids, perfumes, surfactants, food-grade release agents and oils, sealants, and many other industrial fluids. Viscosity ranges from water-thin materials up to 12,500 cps for heated silicone and into high-viscosity hot melts. If you have a specific fluid, our engineering team can confirm compatibility and recommend the right applicator configuration.

Yes — custom engineering is a core part of what we do. We routinely design one-of-a-kind systems for applications other manufacturers won’t take on, including hazardous-location explosion-proof configurations, wide-web multi-line manifolds, high-instantaneous-flow accumulator systems, European-compliant variants with IEC connectors, and applicators with extensions to reach confined areas. Send us your specifications and we’ll work with you to develop the solution.

Properly maintained Electromatic™ applicators and Spraymation industrial spraying systems regularly stay in production for decades — we have customers running equipment installed 40 or more years ago. Longevity comes from the patented one-moving-part design, all-stainless-steel wetted components, and the lack of dynamic seals that degrade over time. For critical applications such as medical silicone dispensing, we recommend an inspection and recertification every three years.

Yes. Spraymation is ISO 9001:2015 certified, with CE declarations and Low Voltage Directive compliance available for European installations and NRTL certification available on selected panel machine configurations.

Most customers see payback within 6 to 18 months, driven primarily by reduced material waste from eliminating overspray, lower scrap and rework rates from consistent application, reduced labor from automation, and the long service life that defers replacement capital expense. We’re happy to help you build a specific business case based on your current fluid consumption, line speed, and quality requirements.

Spraymation designs and manufactures all equipment at our facility at 4180 NW 10 Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We ship industrial spraying systems and replacement parts to customers in over 66 countries worldwide, with phone and remote technical support available globally and on-site service when required.
