Controls & Accessories

Spray control systems, accessories & replacement parts engineered to complete your Spraymation system.

An industrial spray system is only as good as the controls, fluid handling, and accessories that support it. Spraymation manufactures the complete ecosystem of spray control systems, spray gun accessories, fluid delivery equipment, and replacement parts that turn an Electromatic™ applicator into a turnkey production solution — all built to the same engineering standard, all backed by the same ISO 9001:2015 quality system, and all designed to last as long as the applicator itself.

The Ecosystem

The complete spray system ecosystem, built under one roof.

When you specify a Spraymation spray system, every component — applicator, controller, pump, tank, hose, connector, accessory — is designed, manufactured, tested, and supported by the same engineering team. That integration matters. Off-the-shelf controls and generic spray gun accessories don’t deliver the millisecond timing precision, the matched pressure ratings, the compatible electrical interfaces, or the long-term reliability that the Electromatic™ applicator platform was engineered around. Mismatched components compromise system performance and shorten service life.

Our spray control systems, fluid handling equipment, and spray gun replacement parts are engineered specifically to extract the full performance of every Electromatic™ applicator — and to keep delivering that performance for the decades of service life that Spraymation customers expect. When something does need service or replacement, you’re sourcing it from the manufacturer that built your original system, not from an aftermarket supplier guessing at specifications.

System Architecture

Every component speaks the same engineering language.

The Electromatic™ applicator sits at the center of every Spraymation system. Each surrounding component — controls, pumps, tanks, hoses, accessories — is engineered to match its pressure ratings, electrical interfaces, fluid compatibility, and timing requirements.

Pattern Controllers & Spray Control Systems

The control layer that transforms an applicator into a precision dispensing tool.

FAQ

Common questions about spray controls, accessories, and parts.

Quick answers to the questions we get most often about Spraymation pattern controllers, fluid handling, replacement parts, and the factory rebuild program.

Don’t see your question? Our engineering team responds within one business day.

What spray control systems does Spraymation offer?

Spraymation manufactures a complete family of spray control systems including the 3480 Pattern Controller for independent operation of up to four applicators with 0.1 ms timing resolution, the 3400 Series DC Timers as foundational pattern control components, specialized silicone applicator drivers and time controllers including the 306680 Time Controller, and custom control packages with stainless steel enclosures and DIN-format temperature controllers. All Spraymation spray control systems are engineered specifically for the Electromatic™ applicator platform and integrate directly with our pumps, tanks, hoses, and accessories.

Yes. Spraymation maintains an extensive inventory of spray gun replacement parts and accessories for Electromatic™ applicators going back generations — including equipment installed decades ago. If you have an older Spraymation applicator that needs service, contact us with your model number and we’ll confirm parts availability. We also offer factory rebuild and applicator exchange programs that return a fully tested, documented unit to your production line.

The 3480 Pattern Controller and 3400 Series DC Timers accept inputs from passive contacts, DC voltage signals, photocells, and open collectors, covering the vast majority of production line control architectures. For specialized control integration — including PLC integration, hazardous-location installations, or unique signal types — our engineering team can design custom control packages.

Our stainless steel balanced-ratio high-pressure pumps are rated for continuous duty at pressures up to 2,500 PSI, with all wetted parts in stainless steel. Our high-pressure stainless steel jacketed Teflon-lined hoses are matched to the same pressure ratings and are compatible with cold adhesives, marking fluids, perfumes, silicones, and similar materials. For higher-pressure applications, including air-operated high-volume applicators operating up to 5,000 PSI, contact our engineering team for the appropriate component specifications.

Yes. Our low-pressure equipment tanks for unheated fluids in 2, 5, and 10 gallon capacities are ASME approved. Optional features include low-level controls and adjustable-speed agitators for fluids requiring continuous mixing — particularly important for water-based adhesives, latex glues, and certain release agents. Tanks are compatible with Electromatic™ XV, XXV, XXIV, and XXXV applicator heads and Spraymation DC pattern controllers.

For paint and coating applications, Spraymation manufactures custom control packages and control enclosures for Compuspray™ panel machines, including NRTL-certified configurations for hazardous-location environments where solvent-based paint testing requires it. Our engineering team designs control systems specifically for paint lab installations, automotive R&D applications, and coating formulation environments. Contact us with your specific paint application requirements and we’ll recommend the right control configuration.

For critical applications including medical silicone dispensing, validated paint testing, and other regulated environments, we recommend recertification of every applicator every three years. Each recertification includes complete disassembly and cleaning, inspection of every part against new-applicator specifications, replacement of wear parts, testing against the same procedures and acceptance standards applied to new units, and a documented test report. For non-critical industrial applications, maintenance intervals depend on operating conditions — our technical support team can recommend an appropriate service schedule.

Yes — custom control systems and accessories are a core part of what we do. We routinely design custom control enclosures, multi-applicator coordination systems, hazardous-location control packages, specialized fluid handling configurations, custom multi-head manifolds with specified center distances, and one-of-a-kind accessories for applications that off-the-shelf components can’t address. Send us your application requirements and our engineering team will recommend a solution.

Spraymation spray control systems, pumps, tanks, hoses, and accessories are engineered specifically for the Electromatic™ applicator platform. While some components — particularly certain hose configurations and standard tank packages — may be compatible with other applicators, we don’t guarantee performance outside the Electromatic™ system. For applications mixing equipment from multiple manufacturers, contact our engineering team and we’ll advise on what will and won’t work.
